Returns Made Simple

Products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

To begin your return, email customersupport@renecia.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process.

Eligibility

We can accept returns when items are:

• Clean, unused, and undamaged
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

All returns will be inspected, and we may refuse a refund or credit if items are not received in their original condition.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Exclusions

• Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return
• Personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned for change of mind or incorrect initials (they remain covered under warranty if faulty)

Exchanges

Refunds
